Location: Herndon, VA
Description: The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis, budgeting support, reporting, and forecasting for Learning Solutions Business Unit. This position will research, collect, review and analyze financial and operational volume data in order to build timely and accurate financial analysis reports that support decision making, facilitate operational efficiencies and improve resource utilization.
Required Qualifications: Experience and knowledge in several functions within Finance (Cost Management, Budgeting, Performance Reporting and financial analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls Able to work well as part of a team Customer service orientation Possesses very good communication skills – written and verbal Excellent time management and organizational skills Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, ); Web proficiency. Ability to clear required background check
